Giclée Prints for Artists & Photographers
Artists and photographers can maximize their exposure by offering limited edition prints on various acid free papers and canvases. Limited edition giclée series are affordable because you can print as few or as many pieces as needed and order more only when they have sold.
We produce professional giclée prints and fine art reproductions for artists and photographers. Giclée prints on canvas, watercolor or satin paper are unparalleled in beauty, and brilliance of pigment.
Customers may provide us with photos, original artwork or electronic files. Overall and local color correction is applied as needed. We will make a proof on their paper of choice. Once approved by the customer, we print the requested file to its finished size and coat it with UV and water protection. |
Printmaking Process
Giclée (pronounced zhee-CLAY) printing is a relatively new process of printmaking. Unlike printing press prints, giclée prints are printed one at a time on special large-formet inkjet printers. The image is produced by a print head spraying up to a million microscopic ink droplets per second, per color. The result is a virtually continuous-tone image with a richness and saturation of color previously unavailable.
